Exchange and return of goods

It is possible to return the product, if it does not satisfy the consumer for any reason, within 14 (fourteen) days from the moment of purchase of such product.

The refund of money for such goods, paid earlier, is carried out within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the moment of receiving the goods back by the Seller and the application for its return.

The application must be made by hand and have the original signature of the Buyer.

 

WARNING! Product return is possible :

• if it has not been used;
• if its commercial form is preserved;
• undamaged consumer properties, packaging, label, seals, labels;
• there is a settlement document issued to the consumer together with the sold goods.

The goods together with the application of the established sample must be sent to the “NEW POST” branch #323 in Kyiv.

 

Return delivery of the returned goods is carried out at the expense of the person making the return.
