A probiotic mold and mildew remover for facades, fences and garden features — sized for testing on one problem area before committing to a full-property clean-up. Removes plant growth, algae staining and weathering residue from brick, render, stone and concrete, without harming the surrounding vegetation.

How to use: Clear loose dirt from the surface first. Apply FORTIS and leave for 10 minutes, then brush or sponge and rinse with water. For a thick, established layer, leave for up to 8 hours or overnight instead. To stop mold returning, treat the surface and let the product work in — don’t rinse it straight off.

Coverage: roughly 1 litre per 4–8 m², depending on how bad the staining is — one bottle is usually enough for a single wall, fence panel or monument.
